RBC is the biggest bankroller of fossil fuels in Canada.¹

Despite RBC’s best efforts to greenwash its brand and reputation, more and more people are calling out their hypocrisy – like how RBC publicly supports the Paris Agreement while privately pouring hundreds of billions of dollars into fossil fuels since that agreement was signed.^2,3 We need to make sure our message goes all the way to the top – to Dave McKay, CEO of RBC.

As CEO, Dave McKay could use his power to make RBC a real climate leader. Instead, he’s doubled down on putting short-term profits ahead of our collective future.⁴ RBC needs to walk the talk of climate action and stop financing fossil fuel expansion.
