Doug Ford has brought out the worst elements of Ontario's far-right - and made them his star candidates. From Rebel Media host Andrew Lawton, whose greatest hits include photos of him pretending to shoot poor people, to forced birther Tanya Granic Allen, perhaps best known for saying that gay marriage is causing the decline of society, these are Doug Ford's cronies - and his PC candidates.

That means that on June 8th, we could wake up to far-right ideologues running our government and slashing our services.

In 2015, the Leadnow community came together to put a halt to Stephen Harper and his divisive brand of right-wing politics. Together, we proved that a thoughtful campaign of ordinary people coming together to do the hard work of grassroots organizing can move mountains - and topple governments.

Now, it's time to put our model to the test as we stare down the barrel of a Doug Ford majority. If we can mobilize Bernie Sanders-style big organizing coupled with Leadnow's people-powered approach, we can deny Ford's most extreme candidates a victory in their battleground ridings and derail Doug's path to a PC majority.
