Chip in to Indigenous legal challenges against TMX
This is outrageous. Trudeau rubberstamped the climate-killing Trans Mountain pipeline and tanker project -- just one day after declaring a climate emergency.
He said they’re planning to bring in the bulldozers this summer. We can’t let that happen.1
There’s one thing that has stopped pipelines time and again: Indigenous-led legal challenges. First Nations’ legal challenges have quashed this pipeline once, and they can do it again. But court cases aren’t cheap, and we can’t leave it to Indigenous communities to foot the bill alone.
If all of us chip in what we can, we can build a war chest to cover legal costs for Indigenous Nations fighting Trans Mountain in court.
Will you chip in to help cover the costs of Indigenous-led court challenges to stop the Trans Mountain pipeline and tankers project?
Proceeds from this fundraiser page will go to the Pull Together campaign to support First Nations legal challenges against Trans Mountain.
