Yesterday, Ford announced public hearings on his massive healthcare overhaul - but he gave less than 24 hours to sign up to attend. The deadline to sign up is noon today.
 
Ford’s plan is clear. He’s hoping we won’t be able to move fast enough to sign up in time, and he’ll be able to stack the “public” hearings with hand-picked conservative lackies.
 
But if hundreds of us register for the public hearings in the next couple hours, we can thwart Ford’s plan to shut us out, and make sure these hearings are dominated by voices opposing any attempt to sell off our healthcare system to for-profit corporations. 
 
The hearings will be held next Monday and Tuesday -- but you need to sign up right now if you’re going to have a chance to attend.
