Will you host a snap action at your MP’s office on June 4th?

The Trudeau government just announced an outrageous plan to buy the failing Trans Mountain pipeline and tanker project from Kinder Morgan -- costing taxpayers up to $15 billion.

Let that sink in. Dozens of First Nations still don’t have clean drinking water. We’re facing a housing crisis. Renewable energy projects are desperate for more funding. And Trudeau thinks there’s enough extra cash lying around to spend up to $15 billion on a pipeline so risky even Kinder Morgan doesn’t think it’s a good investment?

The sale won’t be finalized for at least a month, and if there’s a massive backlash from voters, Trudeau could still cancel the buyout.

On Monday, June 4th, we’re planning snap actions outside MP offices as part of a National Day of Action to Stop the Kinder Morgan Buyout. If we’re going to convince Trudeau to reconsider the pipeline buyout we need to make this day of action huge, with actions in as many communities as possible.

But this will only work if people like you step up to take the lead on a simple action at your local MP office. We’ll send you a toolkit with simple step-by-step instructions and provide on-call support to make it easy for you to lead your local rally. We’ll even help spread the word about your event to others in your community.

So what do you say? Will you sign up to host a snap action at your MP’s office?
