Big Oil lobbyists are pulling out all the stops to convince unelected Senators to advance their toxic oil agenda. [1]

Right now, a bill that would ban dangerous crude oil tanker traffic from the tip of Vancouver Island up to the Alaskan Panhandle is making its way through the Senate. It’s an important step to affirm the longstanding ban on north coast oil tanker traffic in Indigenous laws and to protect the coastal Great Bear Rainforest -- home of endangered species like orcas and white Spirit Bears -- from oil spills. [2]

Senators could vote on the bill as early as today -- and the oil lobby is desperately trying to convince them to water it down.

Will you send a message to convince Senators to stay strong and pass the bill with no amendments?
