UPDATE: We just learned that despite our best efforts to stop the buyout, Trudeau went ahead and bought the pipeline -- with $4.5 billion of your tax dollars.

It's a huge disappointment -- and it means our fight to stop the pipeline isn't over yet.

Trudeau has staked his political future on this pipeline, and he's going to put the full force of the Canadian government into forcing this pipeline through.
