Things just got real. Yesterday Alberta’s Premier Rachel Notley announced that Alberta will be boycotting BC wines in response to BC’s plans to defend the province's waters from risky tar sands projects like the Kinder Morgan pipeline.1

This is an outrageous — and frankly, an extremely petty — attack on BC for doing what we have every right to do: protect our land and water from a pipeline that’s bound to burst.

It's time to take a stand against Alberta’s petty bullying — which is something children do to each other, not provincial leaders.

Show your support for local BC wineries by adding your name to the open letter: I stand with BC — not Kinder Morgan.

To Premier Notley and PM Trudeau

We won’t be bullied into caving into Kinder Morgan's dirty pipeline. And we certainly won’t stand by as you attack our local businesses as some sort of punishment for trying to protect the things we care about.

We stand with BC wineries — and oppose the Kinder Morgan pipeline.
